Exchange and Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If damaged goods are received and/or contain manufacturer's defect please contact our order desk for return authorization. Goods returned for any other reason must be in the original condition in which they were sent within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the freight charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restocking charge may apply to products not returned in their original condition. PERSONALIZED AND DROP-SHIP ITEMS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IF DEFECTIVE, THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR ANOTHER SIZE.
Back order items
We endeavor to keep all of the products in this program in stock at all times, but on occasion may be temporarily on backorder. If this occurs the purchaser shall be advised by e-mail or telephone of an expected ship date or shall be offered a substitution.
Discontinued Product

Shipping Instructions
All orders ship via standard ground service. All in-stock merchandise orders will leave our facility within 48 hours of receipt.
